Tecnosoft Co., Ltd. (テクノソフト), known as Technosoft and Techno Soft until 1990 and after that also known as Tecno Soft, was a Japanese video game development company, founded in the 1980s. It is best known for its Thunder Force series of games.
Tecnosoft was bought out by pachinko maker "Twenty-one Company" in 2001 and merged into their R&D division. Technosoft still own the rights to Thunder Force, but have not developed a video game since after the merger (the 2008 game Thunder Force VI was licensed by Technosoft, but was developed and published by Sega).
