Chikayo Fukuda (福田 考代) is a former Sega sound member who worked on games such as the Game Gear version of Ristar and the infamous Tails' Skypatrol. Following her departure she joined the game development company Cyber Connect Ltd. (now Cyber Connect 2 Co., Ltd.) and created music for various Bandai titles, including video game adaptations of anime such as .hack// and, more recently, the hit series Naruto.
She usually worked with sound programmer Kazune Hiiragi (credited as Kazunechan in Tails' Skypatrol) during her time at Sega, and currently works with fellow Cyber Connect sound members Norikatsu Fukuda (sound programmer) and Seizo Nakata (sound engineer).
