Sega logo
Although OutRun 3D was not released in Japan, there is programming to display the Sega logo before the title screen if the game detects it is being played on a Japanese system.
Sound test
On the title screen, press PAUSE to display the Screen Mode setting, then press PAUSE again to enter the sound test. Press 
and 
to select a song or sound effect, and press 
to play it. If the system has FM audio enabled, press 
to toggle between FM and PSG. To exit the sound test, press PAUSE again.
