Surfer (サーファー) is (presumably) an electro-mechanical arcade machine produced by Sega. The machine dispensed packs of Milky®[1], a popular brand of condensed milk candy[2][3] manufactured by Japanese confectionery company Fujiya Co. Ltd. since 1951[4].
