Technically it's all notable, but we're not quite at an "upload any Sega-related graffiti you find" point yet, so for the moment, our article should just cover the more notable graffiti artists/creations/etc. Also, this section... The Sega logo graffitied on the side of a traincar, spotted during CGE1999? I can't see it too well, taking the journalist's word but mark for deletion if not.
