Looks like the Mega Drive versions of '94 actually came out in '94, and the SNES versions were the appropriate '93. Doesn't seem like any other Sega-related Madden game does this. All the copyright dates here say 1993, but obviously there's a period between the game being finished and the game actually shipping (which could have been the last week in December). - This is why we need to dig out some old magazines to verify US/EU release dates. All the copyright dates here say 1993, but obviously there's a period between the game being finished and the game actually shipping (which could have been the last week in December).
