Lani Minella is an American voice actress and former Sega of America voice director, most known for her performance of Rouge the Bat from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and for overseeing the voice acting work of every three-dimensional Sonic game before 'Shadow the Hedgehog.
Career
Minella was the voice director for every 3D Sonic game before Shadow the Hedgehog. After the death of Deem Bristow, Minella and Ryan Drummond kept in touch with fans whenever there were announcements concerning their voice work on the Sonic the Hedgehog games. One of these announcements was that they, along with all the other actors, were fired and replaced with the 4Kids Entertainment Sonic X cast. Minella was not only replaced with Kathleen Delaney as the voice of Rouge, but she also lost her place as voice director.
