Mission: Impossible Arcade is an arcade shooter game released by Sega Amusements International. Developed by the company's R&D team alongside collaborating personnel both from within and outside Sega, it is an on-rails first person shoot 'em up based on the Mission: Impossible licence - however, similar to the company's older Die Hard Arcade, bears little relation to the property outside of its title and overall theme. The game was unveiled at IAAPA 2019 and originally planned for a 2020 release,[1] but was pushed back to March 2021 following the outbreak of COVID-19 and further improvements.[2]
It has been released in "Super Deluxe",[3] and latterly "Deluxe" cabinets.[4]
