Katsumi Yokota (横田 克己) is a Japanese artist and former Sega of Japan and Team Andromeda computer graphics artist and character designer. He has also contributed to various non-Sega projects, such as the Bijutsu Shuppansha magazine ERROR and illustrating covers for novels published under the Haruki Bunko label. He was involved in pre-production for the 1999 animated pilot film Tekkonkinkreet.[1]
