Heiankyo Alien is 1979 Sega VIC Dual arcade game developed by Denki Onkyo. It presumably was not released outside of Japan.

Heiankyo Alien is essentially a retooled version of Digger, though uses slightly different graphics in some sections and places all of the enemies on screen at once (as opposed to Digger's method of filtering them in after a period of time).
