HeadGames, inc. was a development studio which existed in the early 1990s. It produced several games for Sega of America during the Sega Mega Drive days.

The company was founded in 1993 by former Extended Play staff Jon Miller, Steven Ross, and Mira Ross.
Shortly after the release of X-Men 2: Clone Wars in early 1995, the company was sold to CAPS Software.
