Level select
On the options screen, play sounds 8, 4, 19, 71 (likely a programmer's birthday) in the sound test. The screen will flash white to confirm correct entry. During gameplay, pause the game and press ++ to open the level select menu.
Infinite energy and lives
On the level select screen, press to add toggles for infinite energy and lives.
