It was acquired by 1C Company in 2009 (which also owned Buka, another Sega distributor), changing its name to 1C-SoftClub in the process. 1C-SoftClub is the largest video game distributor in Russia, also representing Activision, Sony Computer Entertainment, Bethesda Softworks, Capcom, Electronic Arts, Konami, Rockstar Games, Square Enix, Take 2 Interactive, THQ, Ubisoft and WB Games.
