Faro (ファロー) is a large electronic roulette wheel manufactured by Sega for Japanese arcades in 1974. Despite its name it has nothing to do with the Faro card game, also used as a form of gambling.

The Faro is a very large machine presumed to have been sold only in Japan. Very few (in any) exist today.

Faro was the first hit medal game in Japan.[4]

Sega released sequels in the form of the Faro II and Faro Jack.
