Seiichi Ishii (石井 精一) is a former artist at Sega of Japan who worked with Yu Suzuki's arcade R&D departments on Virtua Racing and Virtua Fighter. Moved on to Namco and helped create the first two Tekken games, before founding his own company, Dream Factory.
