Gameplay
The game is a Whac-A-Mole clone — simply hit the button on the controller corresponding to the hole where a critter pops up before it disappears.
Hitting the princess will lower the percentage score, and hitting the 3 bombs that appear in each round makes everything explode. After getting a good score at the end of the round (55% in the first round, 65% in the 2nd, 75% in the 3rd, 80% in the 4th), you get a much harder bonus round as a "boss battle" before moving on to the next round. The 5th and last round is won by getting an 80% score.
The game can be played with a normal joypad, using the arrows to select one of the 8 peripheral holes to whack, or letting it rest to target the centre hole, and using to activate the mallet.
