Dreamcast version
Clean pause
When paused, press + to hide the pause menu. Inputting the code again will make it reappear.
Re-enable Cable Versus Play
While the Japanese version of the game has an option on the main menu for "Cable Versus Play" (i.e. linking two copies of F355 Challenge with the Dreamcast Taisen Cable), overseas versions hide this option, likely as the Taisen Cable was not released outside of Japan. Holding + on the main menu in those versions will make it reappear.
Passwords
Holding + on the options screen will reveal a hidden "Password" setting. Selecting it allows you to input passwords:
Unlock Fiorano
Enter CinqueValvole as a password.
Unlock Nürburgring
Enter LiebeFrauMilch as a password.
Unlock Laguna-Seca
Enter Stars&Stripes as a password.
Unlock Sepang
Enter KualaLumpur as a password.
Unlock Atlanta
Enter DaysofThunder as a password.
PlayStation 2 version
