SING!! Sega Game Music presented by B.B. Queens is an album of Sega Mega Drive and Mega CD music as covered by the Japanese pop group B.B.Queens. The album was arranged by Masao Akashi and performed by Yuko Tsubokura, Keiko Utoku, Yuichii Ikusawa, Maki Ohguro, Fusanosuke Kondou, Seiichiroh Kuribayashi, and Keiji Katayama.
While there's no Sonic-related music, Sonic himself was used in the branding of the album. The first "track" is actually a special version of the game Teddy Boy Blues for the Mega CD, and allows the player to choose any of the audio tracks of the album as background music for the game.
