Kotaro Hayashida (林田 浩太郎), also known by his pseudonym Ossale Kohta (オサール・コウタ). He is best known for his contribution in Alex Kidd in Miracle World. He joined Sega in 1983 and left in 1996 to work at Game Arts. After leaving Game Arts in 2006, he formed Liber Entertainment Inc. in September of that same year and has been serving as its representative director to this day.
