Satoshi Shiozaki (塩崎 聡) was a programmer at Sega. He is only known for programming the arcade version of Sega Rally Championship and for co-patenting a game device and processing method with Sohei Yamamoto, Kenichi Yamamoto and Shinobu Hayashi.[2]
