Pump It Up is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive dance simulator based on the Pump It Up series published by Mega Game in South Korea and sold as a bundle with a branded TV Pump console, but it was also possible to buy the cartridge separately. It contains 8 songs - Mr. Lapuse, Solitary, Pumping Up, Hate, She likes pizza, Turkey March, Final Audition 1, Betrayer. To run the game, the player needs to connect a regular dance mat to the console.
The ROM was dumped in 2022 and adapted to play on emulators. It's one of the three dance simulators for 16-bit Sega consoles, the others being unlicensed Dance 2000 and licensed Mega Drive 4 Guitar Idol.
