IZAM's Fortune Telling (イザムズ・フォーチュンテリング) is a fortune telling machine released by Sega. It uses tarot cards to tell fortunes and the fortune teller is IZAM, the singer from the band SHAZNA.[2]

Gameplay

Played using a lever and 1 button, a session starts with the player entering their name, age and gender. There are 20 categories of fortunes to be chosen, including financial fortune, romantic fortune and a couple's compatibility. A DVD video plays of the fortune teller using her 22 cards to tell the player's fortune, and like in real tarot readings, they make a sound and reaction whenever a card is turned over. One of the scenes involves a spell where the player has to touch a "crystal ball" attached to the control panel.[2]

At the end of the game, a B5-sized sheet of paper is dispensed containing the fortune telling result with IZAM's advice (which can be cut out for a mini notebook) and one original tarot card (which can be peeled off and used).[2]
