Aliens vs. Predator is a first-person shooter developed by Rebellion and published by Sega for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010. Rebellion have previously developed Alien vs. Predator games for the Atari Jaguar, PC and PSP. It is the first game based on the Alien vs. Predator franchise for the PS3 and Xbox 360, and the third on the PC (though the first two weren't published by Sega). Lance Henriksen reprises his role as the voice of Weyland (or rather a descendant thereof) from the first Alien vs. Predator film.

Gameplay
As in previous games, you are given the option of playing as an alien, predator or space marine. The marine plays like a traditional first-person shooter, with a variety of genre-typical weapons, as well as some equipment from the 1986 Aliens film such as the motion tracker and flamethrower. The predator game is more stealth-based, making use of the cloaking device and long jumps. Predator uses most of the equipment from the films, including wrist-mounted blades which can be used to spectacularly decapitate humans. This feature proved controversial with game rating boards, earning the game the highest rating in several regions. Finally, the alien has the advantage of greater agility and enhanced senses which allow it to see through walls and cloaked predators. However it has a very restricted range of weaponry.
