The Seamic Controller ( シーマイク コントローラ) is a special USB controller produced by ASCII for the PlayStation 2 for use with its port of Seaman. It was later re-released with the sequel, Seaman 2: Peking Genjin Ikusei Kit, which was published by Sega. The Seaman 2 variant has Sega branding, though was still likely manufactured by ASCII.
The Seamic Controller is a PlayStation 2 controller lacking the second analogue stick but featuring a built-in microphone for communicating with the game. One pair of shoulder buttons is removed in favour of two extra face buttons, and (, , and becoming , , and , respectively).
