Shougi no Hoshi (将棋の星) is a 1991 game for the Sega Mega Drive by Home Data released only in Japan (like most of the games that have Shougi). The game is an implementation of the Japanese board game Shougi with bad language (like Kinta´s mommy showing your middle finger for your son).

Story

Kinta is a boy whose your mommy is trying to convert him into the best Shougi player in Japan.

Gameplay

The goal of the game is the same of traditional Shougi: capture the opposing king, making it impossible to defend.

A or C selects a piece to move, B selects a piece that you captured to put into the board and  START  opens a menu of tricks (but does not pause the game time, however).

Production credits

This article needs a list of production credits, either from the game itself, a manual, or other reliable source.
