Freetron, also known as Freetron Group Ltd and later as Freetron Technologies Ltd was a video game accessory manufacturer founded in 1988 in Hong Kong (as Freetron Far East Company Ltd).
In 2006 the company shifted its business focus to consumer electronic products operating five factories in Mainland China, and only three years after, in 2009, the company filed for bankruptcy and was ultimatly dissolved in 2012.
