Sega Verseny 1994 was the Hungarian championship in Sega games.
Details of the event
“ | The first national Sega competition took place in March this year. Anyone who is 8 years old but under 15 years old could take part in the competition. From 9 am on the day of the race, a huge crowd stood in front of the door. At 10 o'clock the race began. Each player sat in front of Mega Drive and fought with time, points and of course among themselves. The big and small players pressed buttons with great effort, because the first prize was Sega Mega Drive. They also needed perseverance because Cool Spot sometimes caused headaches. All players received a Sonic T-shirt, a badge and a poster. In the middle of the race, it was decided that anyone who does not score above 100,000 points will have little chance of winning. As time passed, new results were created and unfortunately more and more people dropped out from the competition. The winner won the main prize with a score of over 290,000. The second and third place were given games as gifts. The whole competition was in a good mood and we hope for more | „ |
