Tactics Formula (タクティクスフォーミュラ) is a Sega Saturn exclusive game released only in Japan. It is a strange mixture of a formula one racing game and a turn-based strategy title, in which rather than racing in real time, the player needs to decide every move in advance taking into account physics and statistics of the cars.
