I said "must be from the May 1993 issue" (I bet it is) because no date is featured in that clipping... because as it's said on it  "...Nach unserem Graffiti-Wettbewerb aus Heft 4/93..." Graffiti Kings from Berlin...

So these four Berliner fellas are Erik Mahnkopf, Malte Nickau and two anonymous friends... they were the winners of Popcorn Magazine's graffiti competition "Stylt den Sega Champion Train!" (Style the Sega Champion Train!).
