Stefano Arnhold is one of Tec Toy’s earliest employees, being hired in December 1987 as Marketing Director and later serving as the company’s CEO from May 1994 onwards. Instrumental in establishing Sega’s dominance of the Brazilian video game market, Arnhold’s work left such a lasting legacy that the word “Sega” became as synonymous with video games in South America as “Nintendo” became in North America.
