Rocket Coaster is a Sega Mega LD full motion video driving game developed by HighTech Lab. Japan and published by Taito. A combined port of the developer's previous Taito Super D3BOS motion simulator ride films[3][4] featuring driving gameplay and a selection of three tracks, the game was first released in Japan in December 1993, and was later brought to the United States in May 1994.
Gameplay
Rocket Coaster puts players in the seat of an advanced race car driving across long, suspended strips of raceway through three fantastical levels. The speed of the car dictates how fast the video plays back; when braking, the video slows in accordance with the car.
