Planning Office Wada Co., Ltd. (株式会社プランニングオフィスワダ) was a Japanese video game developer and publisher.

Company

Planning Office Wada was formed from Japanese developer Aprinet, either by that company being renamed, or by being merged with another company to form Planning Office Wada.[2] The company was also the likely owner of Sony PlayStation label Energy.[3]

In late 1999, Planning Office Wada was acquired by and merged into American video game developer VR-1 Japan.
