Osamu Kodera (小寺 攻) was a programmer at Sega. Before this, he also worked in game design[1]. He left Sega to continue working with Tetsuya Mizuguchi's Q Entertainment on games like Lumines and Child of Eden. He is the president of Monstars[2][3], co-developers of Rez Infinite and Tetris Effect.
