Nikkan Sports Pro Yakyuu VAN (日刊スポーツプロ野球VAN) is a Sega Mega Drive cartridge developed and released by Sega exclusively in Japan. It uses the Sega Mega Modem to do some unknown baseball-related task (presumably providing on-demand baseball stats to users who registered to some unknown service); as such, it cannot be properly emulated yet. VAN appears to also be the name of something, possibly related to Nikkan Sports (TODO).
