First name on G-LOC arcade's default Beginner rank hi scores list is YAS — this one? Or someone at AM2 (assuming because the first name in the Export one is YU.)? - [[User:Andlabs|Andlabs]] 19:36, 25 April 2012 (CDT)

I was reading one of our interviews

Gamasutra: Actually, what games did you work on before Sonic? I actually don't know.

Hirokazu Yasuhara: Before Sonic, I worked on things like the arcade version of Altered Beast. After that, I worked on downloadable games [for the Mega Drive's Game Toshokan system in Japan] with Mark Cerny.

Gamasutra: Really? Which one?

Hirokazu Yasuhara: Pyramid Magic and so on.

if it's true he worked on Altered Beast, he's either FU., TAK., MOR., TOS., KAW., SAT., UCH., HKR., HAS. or HAG... or uncredited. -Black Squirrel 12:49, 24 April 2012 (CDT)

Is it possible Altered Beast was developed by the Shinobi team? The Mega Drive version lists Team Sinobi as special thanks, which is the same place where other games (like SNK ports) thank the original arcade staff... maybe that would narrow it down? Just a guess - Andlabs 14:41, 24 April 2012 (CDT)
