Debug mode

Pause the game and press Right Up B Y B Up Left Left Down A Z Z Left Z Down Left Left A (RUBY BULL DAZZLZ DULL A). Afterward you can reposition your character with A+B+C, end the stage with X+ START , show coordinates with X+Z, and enable slow motion by holding L.

Unlimited lives

Pause the game and press B A Down B A Left Down Right Y Up (BAD BALD RYU).

Unlimited crystals

Pause the game and press Left A Z Y C Right A B B Y Down A Down Down Y (LAZY CRABBY DADDY).

Invincibility

Pause the game and press C Right A Z Y Left A Right Down B A B Y (CRAZY LARD BABY)

"Bouncy mode"

Pause the game and press C Right A Z Y B A Left Left (CRAZY BALL). This will reduce friction on the floor, and the floor more bouncy.

View map coordinates

Pause the game and press X X X X Y Y Y Y. This will add X and Y coordinates to the top right hand side of the screen.

Test start

Pause the game and press Left Up C C Y Left Up C C Y (LUCCY LUCCY). This will add "Test Start" to the options screen, where you can select which level to begin at (the quickest way to get to it is through a software reset; A+B+C+ START ).
