Battle Mania Daiginjou (バトルマニア大吟醸), sometimes referred to as Battle Mania Daiginjo and Battle Mania 2, is a shoot-'em-up developed and published by VIC Tokai in 1993 for the Sega Mega Drive exclusively in Japan and South Korea. It is the sequel to Battle Mania (which was released in the US as Trouble Shooter).

A group calling itself the Kikokukyou have resurrected the leader of Blackball, the antagonist group of the original Trouble Shooter, and the Trouble Shooters are called to stop Blackball and destroy Kikokukyou.

Gameplay

Gameplay is identical to the original game: Pressing B shoots (with rapidfire when held down). Holding A charges a special weapon which is activated with A when fully charged, and C has Maria change the direction she shoots in. Unlike the first game, however, there is not a choice as to which special weapon is used. Furthermore, the game begins with Mania only; Maria must be rescued at the end of the first level. Finally, the game also offers a SCORE ATTACK mode which offers the player challenges to complete.
