I think it might be an idea to put all the MagazineNameXX templates on CDN, and then link to them from here with <nowiki>{{raw:cdn:MagazineNameXX}}</nowiki>. They are likely to be referenced by all 3 wikis. I think it might be an idea to put all the MagazineNameXX templates on CDN, and then link to them from here with {{raw:cdn:MagazineNameXX}}. They are likely to be referenced by all 3 wikis.
