Simon Morris was a marketing director at Sega Europe from 1989 to 1994. He was one of the masterminds behind Sega's European marketing strategy during the early 1990s, including the Sega TV marketing campaign and the "To be this good takes Ages (Sega)" slogan.

Morris graduated from the European Business School London, begining his career at Lintas Worldwide advertising agency. He moved to Virgin Games shortly after, to become a Marketing Director and subsquently Uk Marketing Director at Sega in 1989.

In 1994 he left Sega to become Consumer Marketing Director at Sky UK where he stayed for two years, later moving to Ginger Television Productions as Managing Director (from 1996 to 1997) later became general manager of BitTorrent, Inc and currently works as chief product officer at RealtyShares.

From 2004 to 2014 he was a Chief Marketing Officer at LoveFilm International. He his currently Global Creative Director at Amazon.
