System(s): Sega Model 2, Sega Dreamcast |
Publisher: Sega |
Developer: Sega AM1 |
Genre: Action |
Dynamite Cop (Dynamite Deka 2 in Japan), is the sequel to Die Hard Arcade, though unlike its predecessor, does not feature the Die Hard license. It was initially developed for Sega Model 2 arcade hardware by Sega AM1 and saw a slightly updated release on the Sega Dreamcast in 1998.
In Dynamite Cop, the player controls one of three police officers tasked with rescuing the president's daughter from a group of modern day pirates.
Similar to Deep Scan's relation ship with Die Hard Arcade, Dynamite Cop includes the 1980 arcade game Tranquillizer Gun which can be used to give the player extra credits.
