Streets of Rage is called Bare Knuckle in Japan, and so rightly has a different title screen. The PAL version of the game is optimised to use the full 320x240 screen resolution, but the extra 16 rows of pixels are not utilised well on the title screen. Slightly more of Adam's legs can be seen in the PAL version, but the way the graphics are layered means they draw attention to the other characters missing parts of their limbs.
