The Sega MONACO is Japanese, made in the middle 1960s as a copy of the American Mills Novelty company "Hightop," only with a new and unique Japanese cabinet. The dime play comes from the fact they were made for U.S. service clubs along the Pacific Rim, and were very popular there during the war in Viet Nam.


Sega of Panama changes name to Club Specialty Overseas in April 1962; however, it's possible there was a back catalogue with that branding so fuck idk
