Koji Sakurai (櫻井 浩司), born 2 June, 1971 in Tokyo, Japan, is a former Taito composer. He left the company following his work on Energy Airforce, but has since collaborated with them for the Nintendo DS title Space Invaders Extreme 2. Both prior to and following his departure from Taito, Sakurai was part of Cubisme, and has also worked on a few Sega titles.
