Bonza is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive game created by a currently unknown developer, sold in Russia by Dendy. This version of the game was released for the Dendy and Bonza portable.
The game consisted of playing a one-armed bandit. Cartridge has a space for a special card and each card containe a certain amount of money. After inserting the card into the cartridge, we start the game with this amount of money. If we got more money, we won, and if not, we lose. The state is save on the card and the earned money could be exchanged for real in Dendy's stores. There are rumors that each game had a special switch inside that immediately transferred the player into a special mode that was programmed to lose.
