Keiichi "!" Sugiyama (杉山 圭一), born 16 May, 1976 in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan, is a former Wave Master employee that has contributed music to various Sega games. He has a techno-heavy style, and is also known as FIBER JELLY.
