Zapping TV Satsui is Sega Mega LD full motion video interactive television show developed by Beta Film and published by Pioneer. The game was released in Japan in August 1994.
History
Originally a 1991 German made-for-television movie titled Murderous Decisions (Mörderische Entscheidung), the project was an experiment in interactive television by famed director Oliver Hirschbiegel, who wanted to "transform the destructive principle of zapping into a constructive method of interaction".[3][4]
Two different cuts of the movie were produced (one from each protagonists' perspective), and both were broadcast simultaneously on two different stations. Viewers were encouraged to switch between channels in order to produce their own movie. While critically praised, audiences were reportedly confused, and would lose track of the film's plot.[3][4]
