Master System version
Sega logo
Although the Master System version of Aerial Assault was not released in Japan, there is programming to display the Sega logo before the title screen if the game detects it is being played on a Japanese system.
Cheat mode
On the title screen, press HOLD on the second Control Pad. If entered correctly, a "T" character will appear in the top right.
Now during gameplay, the second Control Pad can give maximum lives to the player by pressing , maximum bombs and a shield pressing and can skip a level by pressing .
