MD 16 in 1 is an unlicensed multi-cart for the Sega Mega Drive.
The package claims to contain sixteen games (from the Sega Master System, virtually all of which originated on the lower memory Sega Card format), although the latter three are likely adjusted versions of previous games. The precise origins of this multi-cart are not known.
