Williams Electronics Games, Inc., known simply as Williams Electronics, Inc. until 1987, was an arcade video game maker that had at one point also owned a publisher named Williams Entertainment.

Sega was once set to purchase[1] Williams Electronics in 1975, but the deal collapsed[2][3]. Williams' arcade game properties were sold to Midway in 1996 in exchange for Midway's pinball properties.
