Yuuki Mibu (壬生 祐樹) seems to have a history with Sega/CRI dating back to 1995, but joined Treasure as a programmer in 2003, working on both Astro Boy: Omega Factor and Advance Guardian Heroes. He pulled double-duty as programmer and director for Bleach: The Blade of Fate and Bleach: Dark Souls.[1]
